Rêveries Bocaliques

Rêveries Bocaliques is a book published by Éditions Odyssée, celebrating the encounter between photographer Nathalie Perakis-Valat and writer Jean Orizet. In 2020, Nathalie began a photographic series capturing a variety of flowers arranged in glass jars, creating poetic compositions rich in color and light.

In 2024, she invited Jean Orizet to accompany her images with words and poems, which we presented through a contemporary design subtly inspired by Nathalie’s affinity with Asian aesthetics. To reinforce the book’s visual identity, we introduced a flower symbol that punctuates the layout with subtle, poetic rhythm.
